Seller's Description

Original U.S. 12 inch x 25 1/2 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1943 Edward Dmytryk Propaganda Film HITLER'S CHILDREN, adapted from the Grigor Ziemer book “Education For Death” by Emmet Lavery and starring Tim Holt, Bonita Granville, Kent Smith, Otto Kruger, H.B. Warner and Lloyd Corrigan.

One of the most financially successful films of RKO Studios, the film is also known for its brutal, graphic overview of the Hitler Youth, and of two people indoctrinated into it: the organization was originally created by Baldur von Schirach. The film starts with one of the songs of the movement: translated from the German, one line goes "For Hitler we will live and for Hitler we will die".

The Advertisement is in very good condition with 2 vertical folds.
