Original French 47 inch x 63 inch Poster for the 1987 Paolo and Vittorio Taviani Historical Drama GOOD MORNING BABYLON starring Vincent Spano, Charles Dance (as D.W. Griffith), Greta Scaachi, Joaquim de Almeida, Desiree Nosbusch AND and Omero Antonutti.
After the bankruptcy of their father's stonemasonry firm, Nicola and Andrea emigrate to America to restore their fortunes. After many adventures and near-disasters, they end up in Hollywood designing sets for D.W. Griffith and marry beautiful actresses, but tragedy strikes with the arrival of World War I, which finds the brothers fighting on opposite sides...
The poster art is by Yves Prince. Born in Paris in 1952, Yves Prince is a painter, photographer, poster designer and author of some three hundred posters for the cinema.
The poster is in fine folded condition.
