Published by J Owen, Shrewsbury, not numbered.

Postally used on 20 April 1919 with Shrewsbury cancellation on red one penny stamp and sent to Mrs P. Sykes, Surgical Home, Bradley Lane, Huddersfield.

Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps.
