Original 1842 13 3/4 inch x 21 inch Coloured Lithograph titled VIEW OF THE UPPER WARD OR QUADRANGLE, SHEWING THE QUEEN’S PRIVATE ENTRANCE, AND STATE ENTRANCE TOWER. & C..

Print by George Hawkins (1819 – 1852). Hawkins recorded contemporary as well as historical architecture, which included bridges, churches, railway viaducts, and marine views after his own designs and those of contemporaries.

Design by Sir Jeffry Wyatville (1766 - 1840). An English architect and garden designer.

The lithograph is in very good condition, with gum residue around the edges where a matte has been removed.
