Sepia real photographic postcard showing a view of the Free Library and Laing Art Gallery at Newcastle upon Tyne in Northumberland.
Published by E. A. Schwerdtfeger, Berlin & London, No EAS 13.
Postally used on 15 July 1918 with Newcastle on Tyne cancellation on red one penny stamp and sent to Mrs A. Gledhill, Clarence Hotel, Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury, Yorkshire.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps and light album marks, but with a very small area of postmark impression through to the front.
