Frank R. Decoratively Woven Colorful Thread Wrapped Covered Pen Tail El Salvador

This is for the pictured thread covered pen.

Not sure if the pen or ink is replaceable, as it doesn't mark any longer.

Preowned, from my friend's house. She left it behind when moving recently. It has some flaws pictured.

Her husband's name is Frank, but their last name begins with a B, so not sure what was going on there. Maybe it was from his previous last name, in that case, it's quite a bit older. He's El Salvadorian I believe, so this may have originated from there.

If you happen to be or know a Frank who's last name begins with an R, you might enjoy this!
