Offered is the 1966 second printing of Fisher's "Cooking with Cheese" written by Mettja C. Roate. Fisher, a former purveyor of cheese products out of Wapakoneta, Ohio, published the cookbook through MacFadden-Bartell. The recipes cover soups, fondues, main courses, and more in which cheese plays a role. The front and back cover show some wear but it is relatively minor given the age. The front cover edge has a chip missing and a crease running along the spine as does the back cover. Amazingly, there is no vertical spine crease which one might expect from a cookbook being "crushed" to lay flat while in use. Interior pages have browned some from age but are still perfectly legible.
