Surrounding the Diamond is a Halo of 12) Natural smaller
round Emeralds, all prong set. The Ring measures aprox 
7/16" in width at the top, and weighs aprox 2.610 grams of
Solid (Stamped SPOL 14Kt PN inside the shank) 14Kt Yellow
