round Blue Sapphires lining the left side, all prong set. There is also
1 Natural small Diamond set in the middle of the sapphires. The Pendant 
measures aprox 11/16" X 3/4" (not counting the butterfly bail) and weighs aprox
1.876 grams of Solid (Stamped 925 & R CHINA on back bottom rim) Sterling
Silver & 14Kt Yellow Gold vermeil over the Solid Sterling. This Pretty Sapphire
