Seller's Description
Two Swing Band dance melodies from Decca Records, circa early 1940's. This record shows only traces of playwear under a high gloss. The audio is excellent for a full and rich audio, and the faint scruffs and scratches cause hardly any noise. No cracks, skips, or chips.
Side 2777-A presents a fox trot with Kenny Sargent vocal, "Tumbling Tumbleweeds", and side 2777-B offers, "Through" (How Can You Say We're Through), also with a Kenny Sargent vocal. Note: I have sheet music to offer on this play if you're interested.
Both are performed by Glen Gray And The Casa Loma Orchestra, said to have been the first white big band with a deliberate Jazz policy.
