Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a chip in the lower left corner, dog ear creasing in the upper right corner, a central crease down the cover, edge chipping, and above average shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front. The staple-bound cover has split below the lower staple. The former owner has written in the margins in numerous spots on the interior pages and the pages themselves have discolored with age.
