Seller's Description
An early to mid-1940s Columbia recording from Horace Heidt and His Musical Knights with vocals.
From 1937 until 1945, Horace Heidt and his orchestra enjoyed more than 50 hit records, and were virtually permanent fixtures on the radio. Offered here is an exceptionally clean and beautiful sounding pair of Big Band dance rhythms. Mostly clean, and this platter has no cracks or skips and still shows a nice gloss! We think the condition is VG+.
Side CCO 4284 plays, "That Old Black Magic", with vocal by Charles Goodman, from the 1943 Paramount Picture, "Star Spangled Rhythm". Side CCO 4283 features, "If I Cared A Little Bit Less", with vocals.
