Extremely rare original pre-war Belgian 23 1/4 inch x 33 1/2 inch Poster for the 1931 Stuart Paton pre-code Thriller CHINATOWN AFTER DARK, story by Betty Burbridge and starring Carmel Myers, Rex Lease, Barbara Kent, Edmund Breese, Frank Mayo, Billy Gilbert, Michael Visaroff, Winter Blossom and Willie Fung.
Just back from Shanghai, Ralph Bonner (Mayo) and his brother Jim (Lease) deliver a priceless dagger to their boss, Lee Fong (Breese), but the weapon is promptly seized in a deadly clash with Chinatown’s ruthless Madame Ying Su (Myers), and the crime is pinned on Jim.
