Seller's Description
Acquired by Decca Records in 1932, Brunswick was originally thought of as one of the "Big Three" record companies, along with Victor and Columbia. This label is from the 1930's and is clean and glossy on both sides.
This mid-1930's recording is in excellent condition. Showing a fine gloss under the lightest of playwear with only incidental scuffs and scratches for a clear and distortion-free audio. No cracks, chips or skips.
Drummer Abe Lyman led this popular orchestra that played at the Ambassador Hotel which was located on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. This hot jazz orchestra reigned from the 1920's to well into the 1930's and is represented on this exceptionally fine condition platter with two fox trots!

Side 2631-A features "Mandalay" and Side 2631-B offers "Sweet Little You". Both include vocal refrains by Charles Kaley.
