Offered is the novel adaptation of "Blind Sunday" which was shown as part of the ABC Afterschool Special television series that ran from 1972 to 1997. Specifically, this special aired on April 21, 1976 as part of Season 4. Jessica Evans' adaptation was based on the screenplay written by Arthur Barron. Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has minor to moderate edge wear, chipping along the upper edge, and light creasing in the upper and lower right corners. The back cover has minor edge wear, some chipping in the upper, left corner, with the more moderate edge wear being on the bottom. The spine has a single vertical crease as caused by reading and a wrinkle near the top edge with some edge wear on the sides, top, and bottom. Interior pages have discolored a bit with age. The book may have been a former library book as there is the outline of what appears to have been a checkout card pocket on the inside front cover and there also appears to be the staining of where glue may have been used to secure the pocket but there is no damage to the inside front cover which suggests the glue may have simply dried up with age and lost adhesiveness and the pocket fell out, taking the glue remains with it.
