Overall condition is acceptable. This is a ex-library book with the only evidence of this being a sticker on the back cover. Although it says Fawcett Gold Medal on the cover, this is actually a Ballentine printing. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, edge chipping, chipping in the upper left and right corners, dog ear creasing in the upper and lower right corners, a creasing along the spine, a few indents, some staining, and a bit above average shelf wear. The back cover has some staining, a tear on the upper edge (repaired with tape on the inside back cover), moderate to heavy edge wear, creasing along the spine, creasing along the outer edge, and above average shelf wear. The spine has one vertical crease and average wear. The interior has some discoloration with age.
