Published by John Walker & Co Ltd, London, not numbered.

Postally used on 1 March 1904 with double circle Bakewell cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mr E. Carter, 30 Grasmere Road, Gledholt, Huddersfield.

Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but small creases to both top corners.
