Published by the Société Anonyme Belge de Phototypie, Bruxelles, No 403.
Postally used on 17 April 1908 with Anvers cancellation on red 10c stamp and sent to Miss Poulton, Army and Navy Club, Pall Mall, London SW, England and with receipt postmark for London S.W. on the following day.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps and light album marks, but crease to left centre of bottom edge.
