Attractive Spongeware Art Pottery Bowl

Pretty bowl decorated with blue and pink sponge ware decoration. Embossed on the base with the initials 'PW'. I'm sorry I don't know the potter. It has a fault to the glaze on the rim, please see photo, but otherwise in good condition. It would be a nice bowl to hold pot pourri.
