These two old children's books harken back to a much more innocent time of America's history and will no doubt bring back some pleasant memories for some!
THE LITTLE RED HEN - Saalfield Publishing of Akron, Ohio - 1928 - 1st Edition! This paperback recounts the children's fairy tale of the Little Red Hen and her Animal friends on the farm! This is in Good condition due to cover wear and scotch tape put on the pages in the dim and distant past. Note that this was # 1120 of the Saalfield catalouge...this number was changed for the later 1944 edition! All pages are complete!
RAGGEDY ANNAND THE HOPPY TOAD by Johnny Gruelle - Illustrated by Mary and Wallace Stover - American Crayon Company of New York, NY - 1944! This Paperback is also a Coloring Book and most of the pictures were colorder in by a child long ago! There are some rips and tears throughout the book, but all pages are complete! Raggedy Ann has a fun adventure with some friends!
