Overall condition is acceptable. This is a third edition, sixteenth printing in March 1949. The covers have surprisingly light wear for the book being old with minimal corner rounding/curling. There are a few external stains here and there. The interior pages are free of any writing, underlining, or other markings. The pages, do, however, have some discoloration with age though not a lot due to quality paper use.
