Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has minor edge wear and there is a crease along the bottom edge of the cover. The back cover has more evident edge wear, some chipping, and scuffing. There is also a white sticker which could be removed with care. The spine shows no vertical creasing as often caused by reading though the top and bottom edge have some chipping. Interior pages show no evident discoloration.
