Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has minor edge wear, some small creasing on the bottom edge, and a tiny dog ear crease in the upper and lower right corners. The back cover has minor edge wear and appears to have been (along with some of the interior pages) to have been exposed to humidity which caused a bit of warping. There is a hint of staining but nothing severe and there is no evidence of molding. The spine has a single vertical crease caused by reading but it is not readily apparent unless in strong light. Interior pages have a slight discoloration from age.
