Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has minor to moderate edge wear, a small tear/chip on the upper edge, a crease running parallel to the spine, a very small tear on the bottom edge, two small specks, and a bit above average shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same shape as the front cover save there are no tears. The spine has two vertical creases though thanks to a white spine, they are not too evident. The spine has two small tears on the bottom edge and moderate to heavy edge wear. Interior pages have some discoloration with age and the book has been exposed to moisture/humidity which has caused some page staining (which looks to be from drying it out with heat) and warping. No mold is evident.
