Voltage Tester Detector Sensor - For AC Non Contact Voltage Detection
Determine the presence or absence of 50-1000 volts in:
AC insulated wire, wall receptacles, fuses, junction boxes, switches and other voltage carrying electrical systems. Also, check for equipment and appliance grounding.
Handy pen size instrument with pocket clip. Simply touch the plastic tip to any connection point or move it along a wire.
The bright LED at the tip glows red if AC voltage is present.
AAA batteries included.
The Santronics AC Sensor has been selected by the OSHA Electrical Technical Equipment Committee as the only non-contact instrument that can be used by OSHA compliance officers to identify and site electrical hazards of 50 volts or more in the work place.
