THE FRIENDLY GHOST CASPER # 196, Feb. 1978 is in VG/FN and has several fun stories: "His Lordship is Missing", "The Search", "The Trail's End" Wendy the Good Witch in "Cold Germs", Spooky the Tuff Little Ghost in "The Bad Luck Charm," and a cool photo page celebrating the Boy Scouts!
THE FRIENDLY GHOST CASPER # 254, July 1990 is in NM- and has "Spooky in "Sneeze Phooey", Casper and Wendy star in "The Bad Tempered Trees", "Saving the Moon", with Wendy, The Ghostly Trio in "We're Very Famous", Casper in "The Moonstone Ring" and Spooky in "The Last Boo"!
