Messaged in German, signed by Joseph and Rosa Luger and mailed from Zurich, Switzerland to Miss Alice Frey at the Y.W.C.A. in Syracuse NY, using 1 each of Scott's stamps #159 and #204.
If this is not Rosa Luger and her daughter, why would she be mailing this image? Perhaps the answer is in the message, so if you read German I'd be pleased to e-mail you a scan of the message. Certainly, if your family tree includes the Lugers or Freys, you might want to investigate this further. Small dings on the upper corners, but no creasing or tears.
