A 2-page Declaration dated 1st May 1863 by Henry Taylor of Dorrington, Salop (farmer). "That I am the son of Henry Taylor late of Buerton but formerly of Sound in the County of Chester Farmer (now deceased) and am aged fifty four years". It goes on to make a statement about a house and several closes of land which were purchased by his father (Richard) and mentions several family members. Has been signed by Henry and a Commissioner to administer oaths in the Chancery in England. Has been folded. It is on W King Alton Mill watermarked paper.
