I use professional cardboard mailers to post your items.
I will always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of posting which gives up to £50 free cover in the event of loss or damage.
Orders over £50 must be sent by Recorded Delivery (£1.10 fee for UK) or by International Signed For (£5.30 fee for Europe & ROW plus £2.60 additional insurance up to £500). It is normally cheaper to send items in more than 1 packet . (I will manage this for you when I send the invoice).

Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you have the option of returning them for a refund. Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. They must be in the same condition as received, including items which are sealed. Shipping costs are only refunded if I'm at fault.
Items that have been lost or damaged, and accepted by Royal Mail as such, following the appropriate claim for compensation include the original cost of shipping. I will help by completing the relevant claim form. Full details can be found on www.postoffice.co.uk.
I always try to post your items as soon as possible after payment has cleared, usually the same day, and keep you updated by email when items are shipped. Please ensure your address is up to date in both Paypal & Ebid, if addresses are different in Paypal to Ebid, I will delay shipping until correct address is confirmed.
