Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
We sell a wide range of Pagan and Spiritual goods for followers of all paths. From a simple packet of herbs, up to full Altar kits and everything in between. We are very new to eBid and for a start we are concentrating on selling our Sterling Silver jewellery lines. These include many esoteric and hard to find items. Many are simply unavailable in many areas.
We offer absolutely the best pricing on all our items, our philosophy being we charge what we would be happy to pay ourselves - and it generally works well. In addition, we do not charge for postage on UK sales for eBidders (certain exclusions for large/bulky/heavy items apply). Once an item has been paid for, we will endevour to ship it within 3 working days.
Our returns policy is simple - we abide by the Distance Selling Regualtions on all our sales. If you wish to return an item, simply contact us to let us know and we will refund your payment within the stipulated Distance Selling Regulations timeframe. It is suggested that you used a tracked/insured method of shipping to return the item/s to us. We do not cover the return postage costs for 'non-faulty' goods however.
Any purchases found to be faulty, will be dealt with as per your wishes. If a replacement is requested, we will send on receipt of the faulty item. We will reimburse any return postage costs you incur. If you require a refund, we will refund in full, including return postage costs, on receipt of the item.
