Some Information About ultrasecure33
Ultra Secure Direct have been selling Security products since 2003 to the UK market, but many deliveries are now also sent to Europe, Australia & the USA.
We specialize in Wireless Security & Communication products, all products being sold have been tested by us, we also have full technical back up available for all products we sell.
The products include:
- Wireless Alarms.
- Diallers.
- Wireless Intercoms.

The vast majority of sales are shipped out within one working day (Monday - Friday), UK deliveries would be delivered the next working day (after dispatch), world wide deliveries would be subject to various delivery times from the Royal Mail.
If customers decide change their mind on the purchase, we can except returns within 30 days of the purchase (provided the goods are sent back as they were received), delivery charges for the returns are at the customers cost.
Should there be a techincal problem with the product, we will work hard to find the quickest solution for our customers.
Ultra Secure Direct know that customers sometimes have to return purchases or sometimes they have chosen an unsuitable system which needs to be returned for a refund or exchanged for a more suitable system. Ultra Secure allow a full 30 days for customers to inspect the goods and return them for either a Refund or Exchange. Postage would be at the customers expense. Items have to be returned as new with the manuals and packaging. All goods carry a full one years Warranty.
