  •    POSTAGE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
Although selling on "Buy Now", I will happily offer a discount for two or more purchases, as and when a saving can be made on Combined (AKA "Free") Postage.  Please ask for a new Invoice, prior to paying?  As ever, bulk and/or weight are dictated by Royal Mail's current sizing and pricing for Large Letters, Small Parcels and Medium size Parcels.
   Larger items will be sent by non-next day Courier.  
  •    DESPATCH DETAILS
   I Despatch Monday to Friday inclusive.  The cut off point for payment to ensure Despatch (and hopefully a faster Delivery) is 12 noon each day, to ensure 12/24 hour Despatch.  
   Items paid for over the weekend, will be despatched on Monday.
   Please note that I use Royal Mail's online website, and this usually gives 36/48 hours to post, as shown on the Label.  I've had items which appear to have been delivered on the day they've been Despatched, because of the label marking .  If only deliveries were as efficient as that!  ;>)
  •    RETURNS POLICY, WHERE RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
   I offer this service purely as a courtesy for my Buyers, even though I'm not a business seller, and therefore have no requirement to do so   
   All I would ask is that you contact me immediately if there's unfortunately an area of concern of some sort, and that you return the item, Tracked, at your own expense, within TWO (2) working days of receipt, and once I receive the item back, in the same condition as it was when sent to you, I will immediately issue a Refund via PayPal.
