All items sold are shipped either first class or next day recorded via Royal Mail. They are never shipped more than three days after you make your purchase.
See each auction for postage details for specific items.


All items we sell are accurately described and as such you will receive exactly what you paid for.

However, as a customer you are entitled to cancel your order for whatever reason within seven days starting on the day of delivery. (Including weekends.)

To cancel an order you must contact us via one of the following mediums:

1. The "Ask Seller a Question" link on the left hand side of every auction. (Or simply click it in here.) Alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of each auction and fill it in there since this is where the link will take you anyway.

2. Email. Our email address will have been provided when you made your purchase.

When doing either of these, please provide full details of why you would like to return the item. This can include the likes of damage to the item in transit or you may simply have changed your mind when you received it.

In the case of damage or anything to that effect, we will give a complete refund including postage or replace the item depending on which you'd prefer.
If you simply no longer want the item, we will still refund or replace but a refund does not include postage costs.

Once we are satisfied that you have a valid case for returning the item we will contact you.
For faulty goods, we will send a pre-paid postage bag for the item being returned at which point all you must do is place the item inside and take it into the post office.
If you are returning something because you no longer want it, then the shipping costs are yours to pay, but we will of course confirm this in writing or email at the time.
