Some Information About simplyengraved
My registered company name is Simply Engraved.
I mostly sell engraved products, keyrings, pet tags, signs, trophy plates and engraved gifts. My other lines are gifts which may not be engraved, but fit with my business quite nicely, for example cosmetic bags, handbag mirrors and perfume atomisers.
Bespoke signs are our main business and I sell engraved brass plaques to Stationary engine clubs for their rallys, with an engine design on the front. All drawings need to be in a format which can be vectorised on the computerised engraving machine. If you need a drawing please ask and I can tell you if I already have a design in my portfolio, or whether I can draw this for you.
The flexible plastic laminate is suitable for external and internal use and will not fade, crack or delaminate. The rigid laminate is more often used in an industrial setting for guage plates, or labels on machinery and is for internal use.
The smallest labels I make are 2" x 1" and the largest 9" x 12". Any size can be cut as required, if there is not a listing for your required size please ask and I will put one on.
I think you will find I sell good quality products, at reasonable prices. Please feel free to ask any questions about amount of engraving, or fonts available and I will do my best to answer.
Postage is usually within a working week of ordering. I always try to charge the postage I pay, so you can be assured there is no profit made on the postage of my items.
Refund policy - all engraved products are exempt from the distance selling regulations as they are customised to your requirements. Therefore an order once placed, cannot be cancelled, or returned. If there is a problem with your order please contact me and I will try to resolve.
For non-engraved products you must notify me of intention to return within 7 days of receipt of product, giving reason for return. All goods must be returned properly packaged, with reason for return and I will either refund, or replace. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility, however cost of posting replacement will not be charged.
