Hi and welcome to Knitr.
I live in a lovely little village in Dunkeld, Scotland. My name is Patricia and I have been knitting since my mother taught me around 50 years ago. I love knitting - anything. My aim is to supply fine lace yarns, babies shawls and blankets, bags and purses, fine lace knitting yarns, knitting patterns, kindle covers and a small range of jewellery.
Due to ill health I had to give up my job as a legal secretary a few years ago, so I am making use of my skills as a knitter and my knowledge of yarns to run Knitr. What can be better than working at something you love? One thing I can’t resist doing is squishing any new yarn that comes in to check out the softness and quality, and I can sit for ages just gazing at the beautiful colours!
