Some Information About muddyspringer
I have always been attracted to paper, pencils, pens, paints and photography and started to explore card making and papercrafts in January 2008 discovering yet another way to relax and enjoy being creative. I pay great attention to detail when creating my cards and take pride in producing a quality item.
For greetings cards I can add a personalised message or insert free of charge if requested, as long as these have not already been built in beforehand. Please ask before bidding to ensure that I can create what you want either in or on the card. If you see a card that you would like making with a different message or greeting then please do ask. I will not be able to do this for all cards but there are some where I can, especially the photographic ones. These custom made cards will be listed for you to purchase through eBid as Buy It Now items, once created.
I am happy to give discount on postage for multiple purchases based on weight and package dimensions, but you must ask for an invoice before paying. Please pay within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Unpaid items will be relisted after 14 days.
I will use recycled packaging whenever possible to avoid waste and keep costs down. I aim to send out items within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment and keep proof of posting.
Refunds are available, it will cost you only the return p&p, if the item(s) not to your satisfaction, but please do contact me first so that any problems can be quickly resolved. Items must be returned within 14 days please. In the event of damage occurring in transit I will issue a refund on receiving photographic evidence by email, with no need for item return.
Please also check my crystal store. I have a limited stock of these crystal items and when they are gone they are gone. The photos are of the actual crystals you will be buying. I am slowly uploading all of them so please keep checking.
