That is why we will provide the best service and price available. We’re not greedy and do not try to maximize profit for every transaction.

Payments are only accepted in Australian Dollars sorry.
POSTAGE and RETURNS POLICY
When paying for an order, please leave full and correct shipping details including a contact name and phone number. Please note we ship to the original address given and can not modify the address at a later date.
Some items are shipped from overseas and can take between 15-25 days for delivery. If you need an express delivery please contact us for shipping fees (including a contact name and number).
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
We are a customer service based business and always try to satisfy our customer’s needs. All items will be carefully packaged and shipped. Please advise us if you have any problems whatsoever and give us the opportunity to solve them before leaving negative feedback.
Arrival time of items depends on the location of customer and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions etc.
If the item arrives DOA, please notify use immediately for a resolution. If an item is defective (DOA), the item can be returned to us however the item must not have any marks, must not be laundered or have any wear on the tags etc. Customer who wishes to return items will need to pay all reshipping fees. If a refund is requested, once we receive the returned goods and they are in proper condition we will refund payment into your PayPal account only.
Customer will receive a confirmation email when this is completed.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for any duty or custom’s tax of the arrival country.
We will replace or refund items that are lost by courier company however if the courier company is not able to locate the arrival address and sends a delivery back to the seller, customer is not eligible for refund or partial credit.
If the item needs to be returned to seller customer is to pay the cost of postage however we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item for a DOA item.
