Thank you for taking the time to look at Littlehats 'ALL ABOUT' page
Having traded as a registered online business for several years we have decided to open a business on Ebid. Please be assured, although quite new to Ebid we are experienced online and off line traders with several selling venues. We have over 5800 feedback scores on another online selling site with a feedback score of 100% :)
Our first Ebid shop is LITTLEHATS CLOTHES SHOP and here we stock a variety of womens, mens and children fashion clothing as well as swimwear, lingerie, shoes and accessories. All our stock is authentic. We will be adding new stock regularly and the shop inventory is constantly changing so please have a browse through our items - we hope you find something you like
Our second Ebid shop is LITTLEHATS PATTERNS AND CRAFTS. The shop will be selling new, unused and used knitting patterns, sewing patterns and other craft related items.
And our latest shop is LITTLEHATS ATTIC which will have stock arriving over the next few weeks including pre owned and pre used collectables, magazines, books, postcards and a variety of miscellaneous treasures!
RETURNS.
Providing excellent customer service is of the greatest importance to us at Littlehats and we offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us. In line with Distance Selling Regulations if you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within seven days of item receipt. Goods must then be returned to me within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned as sent for example undamaged, unworn or with tags if appropriate, etc. We would kindly would advise that items be returned via a trackable service and please retain proof of postage. On receipt of the item we will refund the full cost of the item plus initial postage. We will only be able to refund RETURN postage costs if we are at fault. For example is item is faulty or not as described. Thankyou so much.
We are always happy to combine postage costs across our various shops so please get in touch for postage quotes and options or await an invoice after purchasing so that we can calculate your discount before payment.
