Hi,

 I admit I have come over from the 'other' auction website, the fees were making it impossible for me to sell at a price people are willing to pay and actually make a profit! Here on Ebid I have lower costs so I am able to charge less for my goods.

I specialise in selling PC Games. My customers are very important to me, and I will always go out of my way to make sure that they get the best service possible. If on rare occasions there is a problem I will do my best to resolve it.

 PC Games, DVDs and Music CDs

 I will ship worldwide.  Products are dispatch within 2 working day by first class post in the UK and by Airmail overseas. Please allow 4 - 7 days for delivery in the UK and 7-14 Days for delivery worldwide.

We are happy to provide the following returns policy which is accordance with "Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334 The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)* Regulations 2000 Exceptions to the right to cancel:- 13. - (1) section (d) for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer;" According to these regulations I have no obligation to provide a refund or exchange on computer software, Video Games, Music, or DVD Media (Item) if the seals have been broken unless the item is faulty. Because of the nature of our items I can only accept returns of unopened item, unless it is faulty. All items I sell are sealed with a tamper evident label, Once a buyer has opened the item a refund or exchange will not be given (unless faulty). If you have ordered the wrong item then I'll be happy to exchange it for you provided it has not been opened. Please contact me about returning your item within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order to arrange this. All returned items must be in an unopened and original condition for a refund excluding all postage costs. I cannot offer an exchange or arrange a refund on any item that has been opened unless it is faulty. It is recommended that all returns are sent via recorded delivery for your own protection. If the item is faulty I will exchange the item.


Other Products         

  Most of my other products are brand name products that should be made to the standard you would expect of the company involved, and carry the companies own guarantee. I will accept returns on items that arrive in a damaged or faulty condition. Please contact me before returning anything.

 Items are usually dispatched in one working day and are sent via Parcel Force 48 hour service.
