Hi, we are Julie & Mick and we live in Burton on Trent in the UK. WE have been selling on other Auction sites since 2012 (check out our feedback on eBay, (username michelpilcher2012) and have decided to give Ebid a try because of the rising fees on eBay making it hard for us small sellers.

Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted for Personalised items but are for anything else as long as they are returned to us in a suitable condition for re-sale. For any reason just contact us first to see if we can sort out the problem then if not as long as they are returned in their original packaging and with all labels and tags attached we will refund the cost of the item in full, but buyer is responsible for all postage costs (unless it was a listing error).
