Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Hi. I have been selling on the other side for over 3 years, and like most sellers on this site, I am not happy with all the charges.
I sell CD's, my wife's clothes (with her permission!), DVD's and miscellania.
I intend to have separate stores for each of the above items, but these will take time to set up
Every item we sell comes from a pet free and non-smoking household, and is personally inspected before listing
I am always happy to give P&P discounts for multiple purchases, where possible, and will always despatch within 3 days of payment being received. In practice, it is rare that I do not despatch within 24 hours of payment being received.
I try to answer all questions about listings within 24 hours.
I will acknowledge all auctions that are won.
I will always advise when the item has been despatched.
I do not accept returns as a matter of course, however, like all rules, exceptions can be made with an exceptional reason. I have never yet been asked to accept a return.
At the date of writing, 4th October 2013, my feedback rating on the other side is 1276 with a 100% rating.
I am 59 years old, as is my wife, and we have 8 grandchildren
