I try to list as honestly as i can, however, on the odd occassion I don't see something that a buyer does on first inspection, please if this happens message me, as I don't like to think that people are thinking i have done it deliberatly.

As you have probably guessed the Shops are very much a work in progress at the moment, stock is coming in, and I am learning more from my friends on the Forums as each day passes. Hopefully soon I will have found the Holy Grail and will then know just how listings appeal to Ebid Members.

Formalities :

Refunds - Pierced jewellery can not for health and safety reasons be returned if they are used.
Items can otherwise be returned unless otherwise stipulated in the listing. If you wish to return an item, message me in the first instance. Then you are to send the item back, preferably with tracking reference. Once I have the item back I will either give full refund OR replace the item with an alternative product of the same nature/cost etc

Postage - The buyer chooses which postal service best suits their needs. Surface Mail to none UK addresses will take 56 days to reach their destination. Item not recieved claims can not be considered until this time frame has passed for items sent via that method.

Despatch times -  I try to despatch items within 24 hours of cleared payment, however it should be noted that familial commitments might cause some delay to this service. I will endeavor to keep the buyer updated.

Proof of postage - I always obtain postage certificates.

Postal Insurance - This remains in the hands of the buyer, if insurance is requested I will acconmmodate gladly

Feedback - Feedback will be reciporacted once recieved

Postal Discounts - an extra 25p will be added per extra item of the same weight, items that go into the next weight barrier will receive an additional 50p postage and each barrier surpassed will receive 50p per barrier.

Discounts - Members of www.babycentre will receive an automatic discount of 10% on the item price (postage excluded) on proof of membership, IE  a message sent to me through your user name with the auction number.

Cheques/checks - Please note that cheques will only be accepted from UK buyers and a clearance time of 5 working days will be applied to each item.
