Hello and welcome to our auctions!

Mainly we list books - which are in good readable order, if there are any slight marks then this is stated.  We also list just about anything else that we feel needs a new owner, new things and very good quality used items.  What we never list is trash. 

We describe items as accurately as possible, if there is something about an item which we have omitted to mention or which is unclear, then PLEASE ask before bidding as all sales are final.

We would like payment within 7 days please via one of the following methods: PAYPAL, POSTAL ORDER, PERSONAL Sterling CHEQUE, CASH - cash is sent at your own risk.

We do our very best to save on postal costs by re-cycling packaging when possible and packing in a safe and rational manner.

Because we believe that if you have paid you deserve to have your item as fast as possible, then as soon as payment arrives then we WILL let you know by way of an e-mail  receipt and if at all possible will mail out the very same day using CERTIFICATE OF POSTING or RECORDED DELIVERY ( signed for )  at an extra cost of £1.00 if asked.  Please don't expect us to be responsible for lost or missing parcels if you chose NOT to use RECORDED DELIVERY - although we will do all in our power to help, having said that our postal losses are minimal.

Normally to UK destinations we expect your parcel to arrive the next working day - with the exception of WALES and IRELAND which seem to take a day longer. The event of Bank Holidays and holiday seasons will add to delivery time - but if your package has not arrived when you feel it should have then PLEASE contact us and we can chase the matter through the post.

We try to offer good value for money with a safe and reliable service which will keep existing customers happy and encourage new customers.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS
We do realise that sometimes there can be a bid in error or for some reason you cannot honour your bid - we are NOT unreasonable, just ask that you contact us to let us know so that we can either set the item to one side and wait a little longer than normal for your payment, return the item to stock or re-list .
