Returns Policy

     Returns accepted within 14 days of customer receipt of goods.
Please notify by e.mail of your intentions prior to return. 
Return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Recorded Delivery for your own protection.

We are sorry but return posting fees are not refundable unless product is not as described.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier and its content rendered unusable please save the merchandise & all wrapping materials and notify us immediately by email.
The carrier will be notified of the damage, a claim will be made & a refund issued to you on return of the goods.
 

Shipping & Handling
  We always send items out within 3 working days of cleared payment.

The customer will pay shipping/delivery costs unless the item includes postage.

  To keep prices down we always send goods by second class post. However, we are happy to upgrade this service at your request. We will make an additional charge to cover the extra cost. 

We are happy to combine postage for multiple items and will discount your postage accordingly.
Please make contact either before buying, or immediately after your first purchase to let me know your intentions, so that we can invoice you accurately and efficiently, thank you. 

  We ship International Signed for Delivery outside the UK. 

  Proof of posting receipts are retained
