VAT:
All of our listed items include VAT. Most of our items are eligible for zero rated VAT. A price excluding VAT is shown in the title if zero rated VAT can apply. Please use the link within the listing to apply for zero rated VAT. Once the form is completed a copy will be sent to us and your email address, then go back and purchase the item. If you use PPPay or Paypal you will initially pay including the VAT. Once the VAT form sent to us has been verified we will refund VAT amount if applicable. If payment is to be made by BACS, cheque or card an ebay invoice will be sent showing amount due.

Postage & Payment:
Credit/Debit Card payments are permited & instructions on how to pay will be given upon request. Cheques should be made payable to Countrywide Mobility Services Ltd. Paypal is preferred as shipping would be immediate. We will ship your order once payment is received/cleared. Orders will be delivered in accordance with the listed item.

Returns Policy:
14 days of receipt. Returns postage will be at buyers own cost. Item must be returned in an unused condition and must be complete and in its original packaging. No responsibility can be made for lost or damaged goods in transit. Refunds do not include initial delivery charge & eBay fees where applicable.

Delivery:
Delivery costs is stated in the individual item. We will combine postage for multiple purchases. Whilst we promote next day delivery service on some of our listed items in most cases we do deliver in this time frame. However there is no 100% guarantee for next day delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that we check all our items before dispatch and therefore you may receive a boxed item that has been opened and resealed so we ensure that you receive the product in a new condition and with no defects.
