Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Hi, my name is Monica and we all look after wonderful reptiles like "Delilah" on the picture, apart from livestock we sell a whole range of reptile related products,
  • heating,
  • lighting,
  • UV products
  • thermostats,
  • decoration (plants and wood)
  • dry foods,
  • live foods,
  • supplements,
  • humidifying products,
  • water falls
  • Gift/jewellery items
  • etc., etc.,  
and also a wide variety of other general pet products ..
  • Dog
  • rodent -
  • hamster, rabbit, guinea pig, rat, chinchilla etc
  • at very  competitive prices.
We took over the shop in 1997 and have worked very hard at providing an excellent service to all of our regulars and hope to continue to do so via our new ebid outlet.  
All of our items  will be listed in due course, if there are any products you may be interested in that I have not yet listed, please do contact us and we will help as much as I can.

RETURNS POLICY; Any returns need to be notified within 14 days of receipt (there are no returns on live food) If a product is broken/damaged in any way then the return postage will be covered by ourselves, once the item has been returned and inspected. You may then either have a replacement if one is available or a full re-fund, whichever you prefer. If an item is not damaged/faulty, the return postage is paid by the customer.
We do try and make our descriptions as accurate as possible to minimise any risk of an item being "not as described".
All live food orders are dispatched Mondays through to Thursdays....and if ordered before 3pm, they will be dispatched on the
same day by first class Royal Mail.
All general items listed (it will take a while to list all of our items, so please do bear with us) are dispatched next working day, in the eventuality that an item is out of stock, it may take an extra day or 2, but we always keep customers notified.
We are always here to help with any husbandry aspects as well, so feel free to contact us but as we are a working retail outlet and do not sit at a computer, if you have sent us a message then please forgive us if we do not respond straight away, we do, however, aim to do so within a few hours.
