Some Information About armytoysuk
Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
A bit about us:-
We have been selling toy planes, tanks etc. for the last three years via our trade stand at local (East Anglian) air and military vehicle shows and via our own website.
We have also sold via another well known auction site, but their fee increases mean that we can no longer give our customers a good deal and make a small profit for ourselves - so welcome to our Ebid listings.
All of our products are designed to be toys and are thus CE marked.

Postage and Payments:-
We currently only accept online payments via Paypal.
We try to make our postage charges reasonable, but bear in mind that postage costs are expensive and as a very small business we don't qualify for any of the volume discounts that the bigger companies have access to.
We send items via Royal Mail Second Class or by courier for larger orders (usually Parcel Pete/ UK Mail) - we have found both services reliable and although there may sometimes be delays they have always delivered. Please make sure that the address you provide is correct.
Combined Postage:
Postage charges quoted apply to UK mainland deliveries only. If you are lucky enough to live on one of the many islands surrounding the UK, please contact us as additional charges may apply.

International Purchases:-
International customers will be responsible for any duties / fees that your country's customs service may levy.
Returns:-
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you do change your mind, you have 14 days to return the item to us for a refund. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and any return P&P charges. Goods should be returned in an unused/ un-played with condition.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can together find a solution to the problem.

We can combine postage for multiple purchases, thanks to Royal Mail's recent reduction in parcel prices, the P&P charge for all UK orders is just £3.00 (until Jan 2015). Please remember that the last UK posting date for Christmas 2014 is 18th December.
