We are not experts, just enthusiastic amateurs. We do as much homework as we can so that we can describe the item as accurately as possible.
We pack very carefully, and charge just 25p (approx) over the postage cost to cover this and the visit to our nearest post office.
If postage is estimated incorrectly then the following will occur:
a) If the postage was overstated, we will refund the difference.
b) If the postage was understated we will stand the difference.
We always despatch within two working days of receiving cleared payment, often achieving “same day postage”.
We always leave accurate feedback, and respectfully request the same from the successful purchaser. If there are any problems with the goods or the service this can be dealt with amicably.
