Hi, my name is David and I have been making jewellery on and off for about 10 years. I started becoming disabled and suffering long-term illnesses about 14 years ago and was getting totally bored and frustrated not being able to work so ended up somehow making jewellery as a sort of therapy. The one thing that has not changed over the years is I only make one-off unique items. I try and only use glass, wood, fossils, porcelain/ceramics and semi-precious gemstones. I do not or at least try not to use plastic, acrylic or petrochem items but I can not promise one or two might slip through the system. All the pins, ear wires end caps are silver-plated or gold-plated. Some of the large metal components used on key rings, some chains and earrings are base metals. All earring hooks, ear wires are silver or gold plated. On some of the earrings you may be able to choose the style of hook, hoop or wire that you prefer, if I have them in stock I would be pleased to change them at no extra cost. All my earrings are sent wrapped in tissue paper and carded where possible and in a sealed plastic bag. If for some reason you change your mind and want to return them, so long as the items are unopened and unused I would be happy to refund the items but not any postage. I can get into the PO now unfortunately 2-3 times a week so I've listed postage as 2/3 day. All postage costs include packing etc. which I do try and recycle items where possible to keep these prices as low as I can. All items are now posted as 2nd class large letter and recorded for multiple or more expensive items. For the type and quality of beads I use I hope you will agree when you receive the items you are getting truly unique items at competitive prices. I can also make some items to order, usually earrings for those special occasions or just to coordinate with an outfit.
