Welcome! I reside in the beautiful state of Florida and really enjoy crocheting and knitting; It is an awesome feeling when your creating something and watching it take shape and seeing the final results. It is a passion that I love to indulge.
I appreciate your interest in the items I have for sale and would like to advise you of my store policies which are:
Postage
I offer combined shipping discounts when the items are paid for in one transaction. So if you purchase more than one item, please wait for a combined shipping invoice from me to save you on postage. If you pay prior to receiving the combined shipping invoice, I will not be able to give you the discount because the transaction will have already taken place.
I ship within one (1) business day of cleared payment being received Monday-Friday excluding American holidays. I will notify you that your item has been shipped so you can anticipate its arrival time.
I only accept PayPal as a payment option
Refunds
I do not accept any returns on patterns due to the fact that they can be used and/or copied and returned after the fact. All sales are final
Item Condition
The majority of the items are new and in excellent condition. If an item is used, it will specifically say so in the description
All items come from a smoke-free environment
